"I've been with Progressive ever since 2016. Over 8 years they slowly raised my rate little by little with no accidents or tickets. When I called to ask them why, they only told me "those are the rates now." Finally, I had enough after I made a mistake and forgot to switch my bank account with Progressive and they charged me $20 for their inconvenience. I called and talked to Danielle. She answered every question, was extremely helpful, and pleasant. Can you believe that? A PLEASANT insurance agent? She got me ADDITIONAL coverage for $30 cheaper than Progressive. So, cliff notes: Use State Farm. Do not use Progressive. Have Danielle help you. Update, February 2026: Since this review was written, I got married. I again worked with Danielle to add my wife's car and our home to our insurance. Danielle, yet again, saved us significant money for better coverage, to the tune of almost $100.00 a month LESS. Further cliff notes: Still have Danielle help you. Paul, give her a raise."
