I’ve been a State Farm Insurance Agent for the majority of my career, rapidly approaching 37 years. It was my first job after graduating college, and my passion for helping people find the right coverage has only grown since. I’m proud to serve the residents of Ada, MI and the greater Grand Rapids, MI area—in fact, I help customers in communities across the entire state of Michigan. My office covers everything from homeowners insurance, condo insurance and car insurance to small business insurance, renters insurance and life insurance. We are based in Ada but also offer insurance in Cascade, Grand Rapids Township, Lowell, Alto, Middleville, East Grand Rapids and the greater Grand Rapids area.

My team in Ada is friendly, knowledgeable and licensed, and we have a passion for helping customers both old and new protect what they value most. I love welcoming people who’ve just moved into the area; as a transplant to Michigan myself, I know how meaningful it can be to make connections early in the process and have someone help out by sharing information.

My wife (who’s also a State Farm agent!) and I have developed deep roots in our community, and we like to stay involved. We have one grown child—a graduate of the University of Michigan (Go Blue!). As for me, I grew up in San Diego, CA and earned a degree in Finance and Economics from California State University, Chico. But I’m not exactly new to Michigan—I moved here in 2001, and I’ve been in love with our beautiful state ever since. I have a home on the water, so I know first-hand about the pleasures and challenges that can mean for a homeowner. During the season, you can often find me out there boating, wake boarding or wake surfing.
